Cleveland is a city settled by and built by immigrants.
Community leaders are hoping to recapture that spirit with a new Welcome Center that’s part of the Global Cleveland Initiative.
The center will be just off Public Square in a storefront that’s part of the former BP building, soon to be renamed the Huntington Building.
One goal is to attract 100,000 new residents in 10 years.
